Aerocast Acquires Sand Reclaimer; Grants Options

March 16, 2011:  Aerocast Inc.  (CNSX: A; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 0AE; (www.aerocastinc.com) announces that the company has acquired a Richards sand reclaimer, which is in the process of being installed at the company’s Nogales foundry. A sand reclaimer takes chunks of sand recovered from foundry operations and grinds them down to original size. Sand particles are classified using a series of screens and the recovered sand is used for producing new sand moulds.

Bob Jamieson, Aerocast’s president, states that: “Once our sand reclaimer is fully operational, we expect that it will reduce our sand costs by up to 70%.”

Aerocast also announces that it has granted a total of 4,120,000 stock options, exercisable at $0.20 per share, to officers and to a consultant of the Company, of which 4,000,000 are exercisable for a five year period and 120,000 are exercisable for a two year period.
