(CNSX: A; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 0AE) (“Aerocast”) announces that at the company’s annual general meeting held on September 30, 2010, the company’s shareholders elected a three member board of directors consisting of Robert Jamieson Sr., Raynard von Hahn, and Robert Jamieson Jr. In addition, the shareholders appointed BDO Canada LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s auditor and reapproved the company’s August 2009 stock option plan. Subsequent to the AGM, the company’s board of directors reappointed Robert Jamieson Sr. as the Company’s President, Raynard von Hahn as the Company’s CEO, Robert Jamieson Jr. as the Company’s CFO, Secretary and Treasurer, and Kenneth Hromada as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Sales & Engineering.
