ManagementRobert L. Jamieson Sr., Director and President, has over 30 years aerospace experience in foundry work, pattern making and engineering. Mr. Jamieson has been the owner and president of Phoenix Precision Pattern Corp. since 1987. He is a journeyman pattern maker and has worked on hundreds of concurrent engineering projects with major aerospace contractors. Robert L. Jamieson Jr., Director and Chief Financial Officer, has over 10 years aerospace foundry and 6 years company finance and administration experience. Mr. Jamieson previously managed the dimensional inspection department and was the foundry manager for Phoenix Precision Pattern Corp. Mr. Jamieson holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Arizona State University. Kenneth J. Hromada, Executive Vice President, has over 20 years aerospace experience. Prior to joining Aerocast, Mr. Hromada was the program manager at another aerospace foundry where he was responsible for working with customers and tool makers to facilitate the production of castings, acting as the interface between the foundry and its customers for delivery, scheduling and pricing matters, negotiating long-term agreements, estimating and quoting pricing for castings, sales forecasting, managing the foundry’s dimensional quality department, managing concurrent engineering projects with customers, and designing fixtures. Ivan Lezaja, Quality Manager, has over 25 years managing foundry quality assurance systems. Mr. Lezaja has achieved Six Sigma Green Belt certification including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. He holds an Associate of Arts degree from and studied industrial technology at California State University. Carol Ernst, Production Control Manager, has over 28 years aerospace foundry experience. Ms. Ernst is the main customer contact for purchase orders and information requests, and is responsible for scheduling the production of parts at the Company's foundry and tracking inventory.
